How do you make Panda Dirty Tea?
Put the pearls in the cup, streak the wall with brown sugar syrup, then pour in the ice, milk and black tea in turn.

Steps
Put 50g panda pearls into the serving cup.
Use 25ml brown sugar syrup to streak the cup wall.
Pour in 120g ice, 150ml milk and 100ml osmanthus honey black tea in that order, and serve.

- Streak the cup wall before adding the ice so the pattern stays intact.
