UXH (优闲狐, Guangzhou Youxianhu Catering Management Co., Ltd.) was founded in Guangzhou in 2016. It serves milk tea entrepreneurs with one-stop supply of ingredients, packaging and equipment, plus drink development training, marketing courses and store-opening support. UXH runs the "优闲狐品质茶饮" stores on Taobao and Pinduoduo and publishes drink recipes on its WeChat account "优闲狐茶饮".
Opening a milk tea shop is easy; keeping it open is hard. UXH started sharing drink recipes for free in 2016, then added product and marketing courses and built its own ingredient supply chain.
Today we give milk tea entrepreneurs two things: reliable ingredients and the know-how to run a shop — from recipes, ingredients and equipment to launch marketing and day-to-day operations.
Began with short milk tea videos, publishing free drink recipe tutorials; in December of the same year, Guangzhou Youxianhu Catering Management Co., Ltd. was registered.
Launched drink product courses for milk tea entrepreneurs, and opened a marketing course specialized in the tea drink industry.
Built an ingredient supply chain and planned signature drinks for small and mid-sized shops; launched snack courses.
Upgraded the marketing course into a "practical marketing course", and online followers interested in starting a tea business passed 500,000.
Formed a store support team to provide operational help to struggling shops, and partnered closely with ingredient, equipment and packaging factories.
Took part in creating hit drinks such as Shilixiang and camellia oolong, and worked with factories to develop new ingredients such as green plum and raw yogurt (生酪).
The overseas business is run by the independent company Uhoo Global (优狐国际); UXH focuses on ingredient supply and startup services for milk tea entrepreneurs in China.
