Steps
Stir together 100ml tea, 45ml rock sugar syrup, 20ml frozen passion fruit juice and 100g ice, then pour into the serving cup.
Add 200ml sparkling water.
Slowly pour in 5ml red dragon fruit juice for color, and serve.
Tips
- Pour the red dragon fruit juice in slowly at the end so the color sinks naturally into a gradient.
